Shodo Canada

Shodo Canada was established in conjunction with the first Annual Japanese Calligraphy Competition in Canada in 2008. It is the volunteer committee created to primarily conceive, organise and run both the competition and exhibition under the guidance of its director, Noriko Maeda. We are committed to furthering the practice of Shodo by bringing it to a wider community to experience and share, the beauty and skill of this ancient Japanese art.
